Extreme Green Lemonade

(serves 4)

 2 cups hot water

5 Maté Factor Extreme Green tea bags

or 5 Tbsp loose leaf Maté Factor Extreme Green

Steep for 4 minutes, strain and add:

1/3 cup honey (or 2/3 cup sugar)

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp lime juice

2 cups of ice

Mix well and store in refrigerator.
